Full Day Wedding Day Service $795
(Max 12 hours on Wedding Day.)

Consultant and one assistant for bride and groom's Wedding Rehersal, Wedding Ceremony, and Wedding Reception.

extensive list of vendors and locations in Austin and Surrounding Areas.
- Attend Ceremony
Rehearsal
- Confirm itineraries and details with
all vendors.
- Arrive at site 2 hours prior to ceremony, to insure proper set-up with flowers and decorations.
- Distribute
and pin flowers on wedding party and family.
- Work with the photographer and videographer to insure all photos are taken as requested by the bride
and groom.
- Set
up and direct the ceremony.
- Direct wedding party for pictures after the ceremony.
- Oversee delivery & set-up of all vendors at reception
location to insure everything is completed to the bride and groom’s specifications.
- Attend & direct the flow of the reception.
- Cue musicians for
entry, cutting of the cake, toasts, etc.
- Cut and serve the cake if needed.
- Help distribute favors.
- Box wedding cake.
- Help load wedding gifts.
- Supervise vendor clean-up.
Half a Day Wedding Day Service $575 (Max
7 hours on wedding day.)
*2 personal sit in office consultations.

the day of guests arrival. Priced based on customized needs.
